1. Agreement to Terms

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your rk999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and pending bet settlements. Closure requests are typically processed within 7 business days.

rk999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Reasons for account closure may include violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to provide verification documents, prolonged inactivity, or business reasons. In the event of account closure by rk999, we will return any remaining balance to you after deducting any amounts owed to us, provided you have not violated these Terms.

Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to monthly maintenance fees of ৳500 or equivalent to 5% of the account balance, whichever is lower. Inactive accounts with zero balance for 24 months may be permanently closed without notice.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding rk999 services, you must first contact our customer support team through the channels provided on our website. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within 14 business days. All disputes should be submitted with relevant details including your account username, transaction IDs, and a clear description of the issue.

If we are unable to resolve your dispute through customer support, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and will be governed by Bangladesh law. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against rk999.

13. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and rk999 regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
